This place manage to make yoga feel like fat-camp lol. Very corporate, very competitive, teacher will throw shame for not being able to do some position or for not being in higher level class. Also, total sardine box experience, I went during office hours on a week day and the class was crowed. On the more positive side, the studio is clean and well lit. I know a lot of people like this kind of experience but it’s not my vibe. ✨

The class of Méditation Dynamique was the class I would love to take on a weekly basis forever! So beautiful in its simplicity; 30min shaking and jumping to tribal drums music in the dark (brilliant!!), 15 min sitting in one position and 15min laying down. The simplicity of it. Wow! I was overwhelmed by the release of energy and pure meditative moment after. Bravo!!!!!

The studio is overall great but I wish they had more english classes. They used to have more but now it's really hard to go at a normal time during the day and even take a bilingual class. I know, we're in Quebec but there's a lot of immigrants like myself in the city that still enjoy practicing yoga. I will have to cancel my membership for now but hopefully in the future they will add more classes!

The studio space is one of the most beautiful in Montreal and it definitely has the most Montreal vibe of all. The classroom is super large and it feels like you have room between you and your neighbour. There is a really friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in and when you talk to the instructors at the studio they will take the time to make everyone feel welcome.

My home from home. Wonderfully located on beautiful corner with heritage buildings and a beautiful park to look at from studio windows. Great variety of class types to suit every level. Incredibly intuitive and experienced teachers. Warm and cosy interior. Down to earth and friendly atmosphere. Anglo friendly. Highly recommend this place for yoga and community.

I've had the pleasure of making Studio Mile End my regular yoga studio while visiting Montreal for a month. I am truly impressed by the space, the teachers, and the classes. Every instructor I encountered had a strong presence and provided excellent cues. I will definitely be back and highly recommend taking classes here. My only suggestion is to consider offering a 75 or even 90-minute vinyasa class.

I am absolutely in love with this Studio!! The people, the space with loads of light, wooden floors, several changing rooms, plants….the classes are always on point, varied and so enriching. My favs are the studio miel, pilates & YIN!! Getting a subscription was the bestest gift ever, not having to worry about how many classes I can do, I could take them all if I wanted to! And the app is just seamless and adds my registrations to my personal calendar ❤️

I love this yoga studio. The music and the views are amazing! It can be really crowded but I tend to go early in the morning (7 am class). Teachers are really nice.
