Large space, good coach and users but equipment is lacking (no air bikes!) and nothing has ever been dusted off. The open gym hours are usually very limited too. It worked out well for me for a drop-in open gym over the long weekend!
I've been training at l'Abattoir for two years now (after spending 7 years in another CF gym) and I really love it! It has a nice community and a good range of coaches who are all very knowledgeable. The programming is great and varied (especially since the switch to HWPO) and the owners are continuously investing in renewing or upgrading equipment. Whether you're looking for a place to drop in while in town or a new gym to call home, I highly recommend it!

After training in different CrossFit gyms, I tried CrossFit plateau and never left. It has been 11 years now… I love the environment, coaches are nice, professional and always focusing on technique over pr’s or heavy weights, 6am classes available 😄
Great gym! Coaches are nice, professionnal and always willing to help you get better. Great location, multiple classes, all the equipment you need... I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape in an inspiring environment.
I have been coming here for 3 years. I have tried over 10 different places but this gym works for me. I like how people are friendly here.
Nice box, providing a complete range of Crossfit-related classes, including WOD and bootcamp classes, but also more technique-oriented ones such as weightlifting and mobility classes. Coaches provide a great atmosphere, classes are often a mix of people with varied experience and the box is open 7 days a week with rather late classes on weekdays. Would definitely recommend!
