Great gym for shy women gym beginners like me. I went to other econofitness gyms but this was the most comfortable one for me. No judgement, nice and friendly employees. Cons: I strongly suggest that they should extend their opening hours in the evening atleast up until 10pm or 11pm. Girlies are busy people but we mostly manage to atleast get to work out especially on weekdays. In addition, they could add more gym equipment so we don't have to wait until one finishes up.

So upset to this gym just because of one employee with poor customer service (Black Lady) and trying to flip the situation when I got upset. Imagine walked to the gym for 20 minutes, punched in my membership card, and it wouldn’t let me in because the payment didn’t go through. The Black lady at the front desk told me that, in addition to my monthly subscription, I owed $33 from back in 2023. I was surprised that I had owed $33 for two years and it only came up just now. I told her, that it didn’t only happened once that my payment didn’t go through and everytime that happens, I need to give my credit card to update my payment. NO SINGLE EMPLOYEES MENTIONED TO ME ABOUT THAT 33$ until her. She even said “that’s why I’m telling it now”. She CLEARLY SAID that I need to pay the 33$ and 54$ for monthly subscription or ELSE SHE CAN’T let me use the GYM AND THERE’s nothing SHE CAN DO. WHO will immediately pay the $33 that is OWED BACK 2023. When It’s a negligence of employees for failing to remind the customer or check in their end. Every-time that I’m in the front desk with one employees. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED THE 33$. and take note I’ve been a member of that gym since 2018 Every time there was a problem with my membership card and they need to check on their system like membership renewal, etc., the $33 was never mentioned. I told her that I was willing to pay $54 so I wouldn't waste my time going there and could work out. But she refused and wouldn’t let me use the gym or join the class, she really wants me to pay the full $87. So, I asked to speak with a manager. She said there was no manager on the floor and that even the manager couldn’t do anything. She didn’t even bother to call a manager who might have been able to help. She completely refused to offer me a solution, not even offered an apologize, until my friend came and tried to talk to her and explain the situation more clearly & could at-least do something. The point that I’ve been trying to explain to her, why would I let myself go into debt, if one of their employees told me I owe 33$, then it should’ve been paid before. Her reason again “that’s why she’s telling it now’ and it wasn’t her back then 🤣, and she even said they wouldn’t waste time checking the record if there were other customers waiting in line 🤣. That’s when I got hysterical and called her useless because of her constant excuses. Imagine having a discussion with her for 15 minutes she never once provided a solution, or apologize. In the end, I was the one who suggested that she could just let me work out for now until I could speak with the manager. Only then did she say she was willing to do that, even though she had refused to let me use the gym three times before. When I became really upset, she tried to flip the situation by saying she felt threatened coz I told her she’s useless and when I asked for her name, she refused to tell me. (Your surveillance camera is my witness, one of your employee and my friend). I have been a member of your gym since 2018 and have consistently paid for additional services such as massage and showers, even though I have never used them. I understand the responsibilities that come with my membership there were times I lost my card and paid the $10 replacement fee without complaint, I have been properly following your rules/policies. At this time, I am not asking for SPECIAL TREATMENT, but simply requesting fair consideration and appropriate treatment regarding my current situation. I would appreciate it if a temporary solution could be provided until the matter is resolved. I’ve worked in customer service for five years, and I understand that there are limitations to what customer service representatives can do, That black lady's approach lacks customer service and politeness. She even put my ID down without informing me, she even act as if she’s a victim in the situation.

This is the best gym ever for women, i feel safe here and it’s always clean. All the girls at the reception are always helpful and friendly

I just called Econofitness right now, a few minutes ago, regarding my membership and had a very disappointing experience. The first time I called, the employee picked up the phone and immediately hung up. When I called back, I asked if they could access my profile without me physically scanning my card, but my question was completely disregarded. Instead of answering, the employee asked why I was calling at all. I then tried to clarify that my membership was close to expiring and I wanted to confirm whether I still had a price freeze on it, since I couldn’t remember if I added it during my last renewal. Without asking for my name or membership details, the employee instantly replied “yes”, which makes no sense, because she had no way of actually checking my account. It felt like she just wanted to get me off the phone. Throughout the entire call, her tone was irritated and dismissive, with no enthusiasm or willingness to help. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and left me frustrated and unsure if my questions were even answered properly.

I looooove it. It’s all women, no fear of jugement or anything, it’s always clean and everyone is respectful and sweet. If only there were more machines but beside that 10/10 (for the socially anxious girlies this is perfect too 😽)

I love the fact that this gym is women only. But unless your only thing in life is cardio, this gym is super basic and disappointing in terms of equipment. I would rather have an extra squat rack, some resistance bands & elastics, MORE barbells and kettlebells, a TRX, gliding discs, foam rollers and some medicine balls than a tanning bed! I'm here to build muscle and burn fat; not develop a skin cancer! They also provide nothing to clean the equipment once you're done (that's right: no cleaning wipes), so you're left rubbing in your sweat into the equipment with YOUR OWN towel (it's genuinely gross). At this point, I just hope the management will make the necessary adjustments to improve the overall experience, i.e. BUY EQUIPMENT & CLEANING WIPES! We simply deserve better.

The gym is really clean. However, the equipment is not enough. They lack a lot of accessories such as extra bars or handles. It has been a month since they mentionned the lat pulldown bar was stolen and there has been no replacement yet. Even the broken equipment are not repaired until weeks after. The staff is barely present at the reception when you need to ask something. I would like to stick to this gym but without proper equipment, I would have to switch to another gym. I hope this is taken into consideration!
