I changed to world gym from buzz fit since it’s closer to my new house. I bought the VIP membership so I can go with my friends and girlfriend. Every time I come they make them sign this waiver even though they have done it before and every time the rules change. Sometimes they make you do it and sometimes they don’t and today they asked for id on top of it. Then there machine broke to scan the waiver and enter the numbers. It’s a full on workout to just get into the gym. Then once the machine got fixed they proceed to ask for my girlfriend id again like something will change on a physical card. I told her how ridiculous the process is and that buzz fit is not like this. She responded rudely saying that if you want to be in a gym with full of teens be my guest and to go there instead. Never heard in my life that customer service works this way. This gym is a joke they care more about there money then fixing there machines which in the abs section this machine has been broken for more then a month now and seems that this gym is pyramid scheme as they hinted on top of it that if it’s such a problem my girlfriends should buy a membership too.
I don’t even know where to begin to thank Moji properly. As my contract comes to a near end, I feel a mix of emotions — bittersweet, a little unsure, yet overwhelmingly grateful that he became my coach. In fact, he has been so much more than a coach; he has been a true life coach. I have never met someone as dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable as Moji. He has transformed not only my body, but also my mindset. In just six months, I went from a size 16 to a size 11. I have lost 34 pounds (and counting!), gained energy and muscle, reduced my body fat, and my blood sugar has never been better. He has taught me so much about health, fitness, and exercise. He takes the time to explain each movement, why it matters, and how it supports my goals, while adapting everything to my body and my fitness level. He has supported, encouraged, and motivated me from the very beginning — even when I doubted I could do certain exercises, like pull-ups. Moji has given me knowledge, confidence, and tools that I will carry with me as I move forward and continue taking control of my health. I highly recommend anyone seeking support with their health and fitness to work with him. Thank you so much, Moji, for everything you have done for me.
I’ve had a great experience training with Moji. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his clients’ progress. Every session is well planned, motivating, and tailored to my goals and abilities. He pays close attention to form and safety while still pushing me to improve. The gym is spacious, high ceilings, great energy! The staff, specially Mehdy is extremely informative, and noticeably so great with the clients. Such a positive energy. The fact that you can bring in a guest with you every time you come (even if it’s not the same person) adds a lot of value. I’ve spoken extensively with their trainers and every single one of them, without fail, genuinely care to provide the best service. Highly recommended. Lastly, if you’re into classes, they’ve got a wide variety of options that you can access. Overall, great gym! and the management, Ceasar, Mehdy and everyone is absolutely wonderful.
I trained with Coach Moji and the experience has been exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and truly motivating. He helped me improve my posture to target the right muscles and perform exercises safely. The results have been beyond what I ever imagined—I lost fat, got leaner, and gained significant muscle. I feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident. Coach Moji didn’t just transform my body, but also my overall well-being. I’m truly grateful—he’s the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at World Gym DDO. I was looking to try a new gym closer to home, with additional amenities such as better equipment and a daycare service. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, the experience was disappointing. When I asked basic questions about the daycare, such as whether the staff were certified educators, no one could provide a clear answer and would just tell me to call them. But isn't it something the employees should at least know about? As a parent, this was not reassuring at all. Shortly after joining, I had a consultation with a coach that was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. He attempted to sell me personal training services outside of the gym, which I found inappropriate. When I declined, he asked me, “May I ask what your insecurities are?” This interaction left a very poor impression and felt disrespectful. I decided to cancel my membership. That is when the real problems began. I requested cancellation within the legal timeframe, was told everything was in order, and that I would receive a confirmation email, which I never did. I then went to the gym in person to follow up. Three employees were present; two ignored me completely, demonstrating yet again poor customer service. The third employee acknowledged me and confirmed verbally that my cancellation had been noted, offering only a printed copy stating that the manager had acknowledged the request, as there was supposedly no email confirmation system. Despite this, I was charged again the following month. When I called to question the charge, I was given an email address to submit my complaint and cancellation request -contradicting what I had previously been told. I sent the email and received no response. I then called again and requested to speak with the manager, Cesar Enrique Valles, but despite multiple attempts and even mentioning escalation to consumer protection, he never addressed the situation or contacted me. After over 40 minutes on the phone, I was ultimately sent a simple screenshot as “proof” of cancellation. To this day, I have still not received a refund. This entire experience shows a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Canceling a membership should not be this complicated. I regret joining and would not recommend this gym to anyone.
I wanted to share that I’ve had a pleasant experience working out at this gym. Mehdi, the front desk clerk is very friendly extending such great customer service . The gym has a pool and a sauna which is ideal for changing workout routines. I love that there is a woman’s room for the days I want to disconnect from the crowd Love that there’s a juice bar that sells supplements ! Highly recommend this for moms too! There’s a mini club you just have to book in advance Great location, lots of parking , great staff
I started training with Moji in July, and from day one it’s been such a positive experience. He’s one of those rare trainers who truly loves what he does, you can see it in his energy, enthusiasm, and the way he motivates everyone around him.
