I’ve been training at Vik Studio for six months now, and I just have to say – their service is absolutely amazing! 💜 The Pilates and spinning instructors are professional, kind, and always push me to reach my best physical potential. The front desk team is incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming every single time. Such great energy and top-quality service – I highly recommend Vik Studio! 🙏✨
Genuinely some of the best and nicest staff I’ve ever met. Gym and classes are fantastic - all warmed mentally by the beautiful long windows allowing you to look across Montreal (hill and city). Team here has been so kind and supportive. Can’t wait to come back again when in Montreal. They’re monthly membership they gave me while in town for 4 weeks was so well priced and full of great classes, time and equipment, as well as the changing room so clean.
The first time I went to visit this gym on December 2025 to have some info about membership and personal trainer but the welcoming by receptionists was awful ! Worst gym ever seen ….as one lady was sitting and talking with another client and one girl came to us and once I asked for some info she first said remove your boots and can see the studio but once I was as visitor for first time they didn’t have cover for shoes or slippers to put and go for visit and I said no couldn’t go without anything then she brought me small sticky notes to write my info and what I m looking for without any clipboard nothing 100% unprofessional… Then after 2 weeks I received text message because I asked for personal trainer the guy who’s name was Connor then after a month I went that he could do 2 minutes evaluation and give me a tour on studio and talked about sessions and price as he tokd me by text and phone call for each session 120$ then he advised me me for first session and booked with me at the same time for the day and time and then before first session he cancelled and the days and times novody go he offered me tven we booked and cancelled again he booked and cancelled! How can we teust the trainer as even he couldn’t make first session with new Customers with this expensive price for an hour training….worst experience with the gym and trainer !!!!!!!!!
Love the group classes here as well as the actual facilities of the gym and the view is amazing especially in the summer. Love the barre classes as well as the strength and conditioning classes. Coaches pay a lot of attention to form and technique.
I would rate this gym 3.5 stars if I could—it’s better than a 3 but doesn’t quite deserve a 4. The gym is clean, efficient, and has a nice atmosphere, which I really appreciate. The staff is also very friendly, which adds to the overall experience. They’ve clearly put some thought into convenience, particularly with the lockers. I love that they don’t require personal locks and instead use a combination lock system, which makes storing your belongings easy and hassle-free. However, there are a few drawbacks. The biggest issue, as many others have pointed out, is the cost of the monthly membership, especially since it doesn’t include any basic classes. Additionally, while the gym is well-maintained, I wouldn’t consider it a fully equipped facility, which is another downside. I also love that the gym has a sauna, but the operating hours are quite odd. It closes at 4 p.m. on weekends and only stays open until 9 p.m. on weekdays, which feels inconvenient and could definitely be improved.
I come to Vic Studios mostly for my pilates classes with Sasha. She's amazing and I highly recommend her classes, it's open to all levels and I enjoy it so much, I started attending her Friday 6AM classes. The equipment is provided too so I don't need to bring anything but a water bottle and my own towel. That said, I don't have a regular membership at Vic Studios, and I think the facility is clean, has great lockers and I love to use the sauna after my pilates class.
It's an expensive gym but when you enter and check the place out you can see what your money gets put into. The locker room is marble, all white and fancy, with many amenities. They got you covered on face wash, mouth wash, flat iron, hair dryer, towels, clean shower and bathroom, sauna and even special face mirror with the lighting to apply your makeup perfectly. The gym is nice and quiet, feels like you own the gym although like any gym that depends on the hour. They unfortunately don't have exactly all the equipments other gym might commonly have so if you're someone really into bodybuilding, this place isn't really for you. I'd say this gym is more for people looking to do group classes (which is extra $$) or people into high intensity circuit trainings and looking to build their physique.
Love this place! It would be a 5 star if the equipment was better maintained, the bikes in the spinning class are always broken; no batteries, rough pedals, broken clips, gear lever are off, squeaky cog etc.
