Slay is a very professional instructor and real boxer. The training includes warm up, boxing poses and combat combos. And at the end with the stretches. If you wanna do real boxing. This is the right place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Love it absolutely !
This gym is a really weird place. Meaning that there's a lot of delinquent. The coaches do not really help the people that they want to experience high level of boxing. I was used has a sparring partner for the professional boxers. They punch really dirty way. I wanted to be a professional and I was new to that sport so if you're new you shouldn't be doing sparring against high level boxers. I was innocent and thought that they were helping me. From now I have mental health and I blame the coaches. I don't have money now and I have hard mental health. If a lawyer read this I would like help. Thank you

Fantastic staff and motivating people! Coaches are very approachable, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable about general fitness and boxing. Underdog isn't just a gym for boxers it's a space to reach your fitness goals. Just be open about what you want to achieve and mentors like coach Lou will help you get there!
Really great workout i took the boxing 1 classes and i really like it so far! I like how the class is structured you first do exercises to warm up, you do solo combinations, then in teams of 2 and then u exercise with the coach on the ring and then again u finish with a warm up and stretching. Its a very complete workout and you feel great after it , the coach pushes u to work hard. The only 2 things i wish there was is music while we work out and also have more assistance for beginners because its hard to quickly catch up with everyone else who have a lot of experience in this sport. But at the same time, classes are big and its not always easy for coaches to assist every single person. Overall AMAZING!
Easily the best boxing gym in town. The coaches are outstanding and the beginner and intermediate instruction is very well structured. Many people sign up just for fitness and a year or so down the line find themselves to be competent enough boxers to their surprise. For advanced students there is a whole array of experienced boxers to learn from and spar with. Their Muay Thai classes are also excellent and quite popular.
