I posted this roughly 2 weeks ago: I’m writing this to share a serious safety and accountability concern for anyone considering this gym. I have been a member of this club for over 8 years. This happened on January 25th, 2026. My locker in the locker room was forcefully broken into and I was robbed. This was not a case of leaving items unattended — the locker itself was damaged, my Master lock was gone, and property stolen (a very expensive Rolex watch). Despite this, management immediately claimed no responsibility, offered no meaningful assistance, and did not help in any practical way beyond pointing to a general “not responsible for lost or stolen items” policy. What is especially concerning is that I later learned this was not an isolated incident. There have been multiple forced-entry locker thefts of this nature, yet the club still does not appear to have a clear procedure or protocol for handling these incidents or supporting affected members. I specifically asked the club to inform other members — both to warn them of the risk and in case a potential witness might come forward. This request was declined, and no communication was shared with members. I would expect a private club to have basic security protocols and transparent communication when serious incidents occur. The unwillingness to assist, acknowledge patterns, or proactively protect members is disappointing and troubling. I hope management takes member safety more seriously and improves how situations like this are handled going forward. ... Update on My Situation, February 13th, 2026 The club responded publicly to my original review, so I want to provide an update on what has happened since then. To date, absolutely nothing has been done. I have not received a single follow-up email updating me on the situation. There has been no communication to members notifying them of what occurred, nor any visible steps taken to improve security or reassure the membership. Because of this, I have personally been informing members in the locker rooms to avoid leaving valuables in their lockers. Many members are shocked to learn this has happened. Others, unfortunately, are not surprised at all and say similar incidents have occurred before without meaningful action from the club. What is most disappointing is the lack of accountability. There has been no formal apology, no outreach, and no indication that preventative measures are being implemented. Since sharing my experience, a surprising number of members have approached me with similar stories. Just yesterday, someone told me their locker had been accessed and cash was taken from their wallet. While members should always be cautious, that does not excuse repeated security failures. One story in particular stands out. A member told me that about a year ago, his locker was broken into, his car keys were stolen, and his vehicle was taken from the underground parking garage. Multiple people have confirmed hearing about this incident. If true, it is deeply concerning. Members deserve transparency and proactive communication when serious security issues occur. I will continue to provide updates here as I learn more.
I was highly disappointed in this place. They offer memberships between $350-$575 a month which i knew and was ok with but from the moment you come in they try to up-sell you!! (Extra classes and training session and lessons plus thdyre opening a shop !!)They are going to go renovation for a year so for some reason theyre raising their prices in Feb !! So you get to pay more to workout thru construction. For me the deal breaker was that they did not offer 1 or 2 months trial. A yearly contract for me and family is $7.5K and if im bothered by anything anytime I have to cancel i have to pay $250-400 in initiation fees. I was fine with overpriced, after all this is Montréal, but you cant make me feel like you are doing me a favor by joining your gym, nothing is that good, if you want to build a certain pedigree or prestige to your business it starts by being SERVING your clients. I wouldn't mind if this was 50% more expensive but it's lacks class to ask your member to "buy food" to be able to sit in cafeteria! Those are the rules u expect from a food truck in a poor neighborhood and you cant ask people to pay your initiation fee just to break free if they wanna leave no one likes to pay a ransom The lack of a luxury, upper end gyms in montreal continues
Terrible experience! They market this place as an upscale gym. It is a mediocre economy gym at exorbitant prices. The staff is unfriendly and some of them made inappropriate comments to me. I would never go here again. Stay away at all costs
Horrible experience I went with one of my friends to try the gym it was horrible the guy named Zack gave us such a attitude I know it’s considered to be luxurious gym but it was ridiculous the way he acted towards us I will never step a foot in the gym again I can’t believe people with such attitudes are in charge of a “luxurious gym  ”
The service at the restaurant is terrible. It seems like they're just good looking people doing you a favor by taking your order. Is there some kind of training for them? It took me 20 minutes before someone came up to ask me if I was having breakfast, and the place was empty! At first, I went to the restaurant three times a week for breakfast. After Camille left, I don't feel like having breakfast there because of the poor service.
The gym is nice and the restaurant is good. However the older clients are quite rude and the atmosphere is not child friendly at all, even though they have splash pad and daycare, the clientele, being mainly older people , complain and look at the kids sideways. There is a small designated "family zone" with a splash pad where i brought my 5 year old for the first time to play. This older lady was who was sitting there by herself started complaining about the wind blowing water droplets in her direction. She rudely asked me to move the sprinklers aways from her (even though this was clearly designated for kids play it litteraly says FAMILY ZONE) and when i didnt pay attention to her she insulted me in front of my child before storming off. That was a horrible experience for my little boy who didnt understand what he did wrong. Another time I was sitting at the restaurant bar by myself for lunch and having a conversation with my aunt on the phone and another older lady started telling me to be quiet because Im bothering her. This was in a restaurant at the BAR area not in a quiet space at all. The place and employees are nice but the clientele ruins it. There are some younger people but the majority seems to be old grumpies.
A “luxury”club that is not really luxury!!! It used to be a better place … Unfortunately no matter how many times we brought to the attention of the administration that the spinning bikes are too used and broken, nothing is being done. The bikes make funny noises when spinning and the monitors are often broken so U can’t really see what U R doing! The building is kinda broken too. Each time there is a rain, the ceilings leak… The weight room is jam packed with people blocking the machines and texting on their phones … Apparently not enough machines for the crowd they accepted … Waiting time for the smith machine is crazy…
I would never go here again. The customer service is terrible. Everything is way overpriced. The equipment is very outdated. They always push you to spend more money there. You can get a better experience for a quarter of the price.
