Econo on 6700 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges This is econos standard shower room. You got your hooks you got your good temperature you got good pressure as well! I might add that this is one of the newest showers I've been in, it was super clean and looking great. Must have had some upgrades recently. They have a different key scanner that doesn't quite work like the regular ones. I don't know why. It my eyes it's worth avoiding. Red haired girl at the front desk is very helpful and kind. She helped me fix payment problems in my account. After seeing the comments about staff, i dont know how they got to this conclusion, it feels like we are talking about 2 different people. Maybe if you want to receive kindness, you should start by giving it.

I always enjoy coming to Éconofitness! The gym is clean, well-maintained, and has everything needed for a great workout – from a wide range of cardio machines to strength training equipment and free weights. The space is organized, which makes training comfortable and motivating. I especially want to mention Arushan, Anisha & Alysha at the reception - they are always so welcoming, polite, and professional. They greet everyone with a smile and create such a positive first impression every time I walk in. Their kindness and helpful attitude truly make the gym experience even better. With excellent equipment, a supportive atmosphere, and amazing staff, Éconofitness is the perfect place to stay consistent with fitness goals. Truly appreciate their effort and highly recommend this location!”

I visited the Côté-des-Neiges Plaza Éconofitness today with two friends who both have Platinum passes. I was a member before but had to cancel due to personal reasons. To my surprise, even with two Platinum members, I was not allowed to enter—not even as a one-time guest after months away. I understand staff must follow the rules, but as a customer, this policy feels very rigid. Most gyms, like Anytime Fitness, allow at least one guest visit every 6 months for members with higher-tier passes. It shows appreciation for loyal members and gives former members like me a chance to reconsider joining again. Éconofitness should really think about this—allowing a limited guest visit every six months for Platinum members wouldn’t hurt the business but would definitely improve customer satisfaction. Right now, the experience felt disappointing and unwelcoming, which is not what fitness and community should be about.

Very clean area, staff are very polite. Shout out to Mathias, very polite and approachable. The gym is very large and has many equipment for every need, bathrooms are spacious and tidy.

I’ve been paying for my membership, but I still don’t have proper access to the gym. This is really unacceptable. If I’m paying every month, I should be able to use the gym without any issues. Very disappointed with the management — not professional at all.

Since my last review, the quality of this facility has plummeted. The prices have increased and about half of the equipment and cardio equipment is out of service, with no exaggeration. It's been this way for a while, with more machines out of service every week. This is a very busy gym and they require each and every piece of equipment they can get. Having less than half of the treadmills and equipment working is not fair to the paying customers of this gym.

The gym is pretty nice and clean and has pretty much every piece of machine one might need. Sometimes especially past 5 or 6 pm that I go it is a bit crowded but still not too busy to prevent me from doing my workout or causing a delay. Overall a nice gym and definitely worth the fee you pay for it.
