Flex Gym LaSalle

Well equipped gym. Not too crowded the most of time. I love to enjoy the hot sauna after working out. But the shower has pretty low water pressure so it's not quite comfy.

Dark (not enough light), old machines, locker room is dump and the lockers are old and very rusty. The gym is located right under 230 000 V power line (less than 10 m away!) which emits very strong electromagnetic field and can cause high voltage induction on any metal parts (yes, even your dumbbells!). Refund was promised after i got kicked out of the gym for the above comment, refund was never issued, i.e i was robbed!

Great gym in LaSalle. It's very conveniently located and it's open 24 hours during the week and long hours on the weekend. There is plenty of space and the workout equipment is great. For those so inclined, they offer group classes of things like spinning and yoga. On top of that, they run a lot of promotions for membership and the price is right

For the price their are better gyms, some machines don't work, it's not clean, some machine don't function like others even though they are the exact same machines, it needs renovation imo Prices are/w taxes 230 for 1 year 130 for 6 months It's mediocre but I like the people there and also all my friends go there as it is old and classic. It doesn't have the smell that most gyms have so if you hate that smell you should try this or at least I haven't noticed it.

Reopened well prepared during these pandemic times. Bottles of disinfectant available all around the gym with brown paper dispensers. Plastic curtains between cardio machines..cleaning crews pass often during the day. For the most part members are respecting the rules and wiping down their machines..there will always be rebels...a friendly reminder might be necessary;) All in all good job...nice to see the familiar faces..

Nice gym overall and clean. I like the concept of having the cardio section Upstairs. I’ve been going there for at least 5 years now they should switch up some machines or add more variety of machines except for that my favourite gym in lasalle. Great schedule and good price

Very nice gym, good equipment, and high ceilings gives it an "airy" feel. However, the air circulation system may get overloaded during winter months, and you may feel a bit cramped with the cardio equipment on the 2nd floor.

My wife and I have been members at Flex Gym for a while now and we are both happy with the level of service we have been provided. The gym is well setup with a large variety of machines and weights and is kept clean at all times. Although the gym gets very busy at rush hour (after work!) it is large enough to easily accommodate the influx. The staff is also very helpful and cordial. My wife also recently signed with the 'Total Body Tec' team for an intensive 6 month training program and was happy with the training services and the results achieved, The trainers from 'Total Body Tec' are knowledgeable professionals that provide a honest service. I suspect that the poster below was just someone that tried to pull a fast one on the Total Body Tec` staff or has an axe to grind... a shame really. My membership at Flex Gym expires next August and i will be renewing... again.. for the fourth time!
