Econo on Champlain This is a standard shower room the first one I went in I had to change because the smell was weird but the second time around made up for it! For starters they have hooks on the BACK of the DOORS I liked that alot, keeping my stuff far away from the splashes of H2O. But let me get to the best part! The shower head has 4 SETTINGS! SMALL RAIN CIRCLE, BIG REGULAR RAIN CIRCLE, MASSAGE TWRILY CIRCLE, and then.. something I've never seen before and hard to describe, but, A MIX OF ALL SETTINGS. I didn't really like that one. I stayed away from it. Good shower experience. Pressure is on par with the best of the best and the temperature is great. Thanks econo for yet again another pleasant end of the day. I hope that someday, somewhere I will help someone with finding the best shower at econo in QUEBEC. THE EPIC TALE OF SHOWER GUY HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN. Get clean and get buff! -shower guy

Years ago I gave a good review here. Over time a lack of enforcement of the rules by the management made working out here a challenge and a chore. A year after complaining and canceling my membership because of a bullying incident I returned to see if changes had been made, I was made to feel very unwelcome.Fortunately this pushed me to find another gym, I tried one nearby, and I lucked out. Yes, Econo offers a good price, but not really any better once you buy more than the most basic membership. And so crowded, with tiny plastic shower stalls- only included with the more expensive memberships. Check around before you decide.

Had an uncomfortable experience at this place . My husband pays for a membership and normally swipes me in and leaves for work. This time, a receptionist suspended his card, claiming he brought someone else in, even though he did not stay to work out with me he clearly saw him swipe me in and left. He wait until he left to call me to the front desk I was spoken to in French despite clearly speaking English, incorrectly accused of not changing my shoes, and made to stand at the desk for several minutes while being lectured. The next day, another receptionist apologized on his behalf. Gyms should be welcoming and respectful to everyone despite of race and languages everyone clearly speaks English but this guy refused to speak in English and was lecturing me in French even when I made it clear that it’s my husband membership not mine This experience was disappointing. I guess cause most of their machines don’t work and it’s so crowded so they’re being rude on purpose to get rid of some people.

CryoTherapy+ was awesome. Tanning machine were hot. New setup was great and the newer massage chairs are awesome!

I am in my 3rd year of membership and only reason that this might be my last is the frustrating situation with cable machines. They only have 1 cable machine for chest workouts which is on the corner (the girant one in the center is not for chest crossovers due to its size). There's always a line up of people waiting to take that corner cable machine which not only frustrates the hell out of them but also leads to the machine breaking down often due to the overburden on it. It boggles my mind that despite of having sufficient space, they just don't add one more cable machine. I hv seen many people frustrated due to this and I bet the owners know it. If not, then the staff is not passing the feedback!

Amazing branch, the machines are super new! The owner Carlos is so nice and patient. They keep the place clean. Yann at the front is super nice as well! Convenient and wonderful experience

Please check the security cameras. Every morning (7am) ​​a mother brings her son, around 10 years old, into the gym. It worries us because he's walking around the machines and carrying very heavy weights; he could hurt himself!

What you expect from $24/month for Gym? Econofitness give a loooot for real! And this branch is less crowded, the people are decent, the equipments are clean, and has great customer service. We love the hydro massage and the chair massage for sure.
