There's only 1 flat and 1 incline bench. And the gym was still pretty full on a 2pm weekday, which is supposed to be off-peak.

The staff seem pleasant and clientele are civil & courteous while the location is a bonus. The equipment, while top-notch, are not enough for the volume of patrons it gets. Just too many people but with the low fees, can't complain. If you have a training program, forget it unless you have loads of patience or interpersonal skills to request splitting sets on a station/machine with another user...

The gym has everything needed for a great price. Staff are nice when you talk to them. The really bad thing, please air out and febreeze the gym, the smell of hundreds of people working out, not getting aired out, it becomes absolutely horrible. A well ventilated gym would never smell like this.

This gym used to be really good. But after a couple years of being a member and going to the gym almost everyday, I have seen a lot of changes- mostly negative. First of all, the econofitness in the forum is way too busy to have a pleasant workout. When I first got my membership the gym was normal busy, and at night it wasn't that busy, but now, no matter what time you go, it is always full. The upstairs weight room is way too small and there are not enough weights. The gym stinks, really. For the amount of memberships they sell, you would think they would keep their gym's in good condition. But I think profit is coming now before anything and they are losing track of the comfort of the clients. This gym needs to quit taking in so many people because for those of us who have been there for a while, the gym isn't good anymore. STOP taking new members at this gym. And fix the ventilation system (if there is one) because the gym smells.

I guess you get what you pay for! The gym is cheap price wise. Also cheap in terms of equipment and experience. The entrance is super tight. It is especially bad in the winter since everyone wants to put their jackets and boots. They don't have enough equipment. Only 10 treadmills and at least 2 or 3 of them don't work most of the time. Also their wifi was not working for at least 3 weeks. I complained about all three problems several times and every time they would say we have told the head office. But nothing ever gets solved. The gym membership is 10$ a month for the regular membership and honestly you get no more than 10$ worth of services per month! I only go there because of proximity otherwise i have tried 5 gyms in the last few years and this one is by far the worst!

A reallly bad experience since August. The one before, Dorval gym, is well managed, this one is a totally BAD customer experience. Here the staff is really unable to manage any situation, don't have any idea and show a high degree of disconnection with customers, demonstrating explicitly in words and actions they don't care at all, the experience is awful! I have many times my card changed because it didn't work at the entrance, waiting at the counter at least 4 times for more than 15 minutes. Other two times it didn't work at the showers, once I caught a cold... I needed to call other gym because when I call from the shower! they hang on me! Also, my automatic payments were not going through for many times, they "suspected" I did change my card (was the case the first time) Last month went well. TODAY my daughter, the only other person using the Platinum (which is up to ten people) was delayed and refused entry even when I asked to clarify the issue on the phone with a really proud lady, manager Olivia, who didn't want to understand the time was running for my daughter's obligations. I'm really HIGHLY disappointed on the treatment and I hope the managers fix the issue and compensate us for all the troubles in this gym. And please hire and give proper training to your staff!!!!

This gym is suffering from bad ventilation most of the times. I go at night mostly maybe the building sucks overall with the AC. Employee make constant effort to freshen the air. A lot of people who go to this gym don't have proper gym etiquette. Weights are never placed properly or even taken of equipment. The mats are often not wiped by users that don't use a towel. If you are in this gym during busy hours it's chaotic only gym where I've seen people arguing. There needs to a decline chest press. We use the bench declined. But honestly remove one of the Smith machines upstairs and put a more versatile or just a decline bench press. The 30minute unit set up in this gym seems useless.

The staff at the reception should be more professional , polite , and smiley ! A training should be provided to them to be more welcoming to the members! When members are entering or leaving the gym it would be nice to be greeted KINDLY by the staff esp if they are not busy at the reception at that time . It is necessary for the staff as well to wipe the gym equipment at least after the end of each shift !! Since there are most of the time sweat stains on the machines !!! It is not appropriate to use ur own towel that you use while exercising to wipe the machines with it ! It should be the job of the staff to Atleast wipe off the machines with the proper products at least every Couple of hours ! Since no wipes are provided in the gym ! Even if the membership is cheap doesn’t make any sense that the gym shouldn’t be clean .
