Econo on 625 st Catherine This is one of econos regular shower rooms. When you arrive to your shower you will find many doors. I think they have 7. Pick the one that is coin operated. If you choose to go in the other ones ( members scan to unlock door) you end up in one of the showers you have to press a button every 25 seconds to keep it on. Save yourself the head ache. When you go to the coin operated one there's a scan pad inside so don't worry. Other than that! Heat was amazing. the pressure was alright, you could tell when the other people were continuously pressing that button because the shower would get less pressure. Not enough to effect the rating but enough to say something. Those buttons inside the shower ilare not a good idea and I hope they don't follow that route moving on. When I was scoping out the showers, because I'll usually do a walk threw and try and pick the best one, I noticed some showers didn't have hooks. So be cautious about that. Anyways econo I drywalled today and it was fantastic to have your shower once again located so close to where I was working, I just walked here. You're a heaven sent in world full of expensive things. Keep doing you. And to the people, Get buff and get fit, stay true to yourself and good things will come -shower guy

Honest review, I had previously left a higher review as I felt bad because I was asked personally to leave a review. There is consistently multiple broken machines for over a month the shoe rack was broken then the rack across from it was also broken, I'll see garbage on the floor and three days later sometimes even a week later the garbage is still there. The only thing that is well done the the manager at this location. He is great. This place really holds true to you get what you pay for. The amount of broken machines is simply annoying. Even the benches have had out of order signs on them. Also there's rarely heating in the VIP section so recently I noticed they added a floor heater, the ones you find for construction that's the size of a PS5. If you fix these issues it would be worth going, but this really just downgraded the experience and I've been at this gym for I think 3 years. My membership ends March 5th and I cancelled two days ago as waiting until March was just not worth it. I'm now at another gym chain (not Econo)

I’ve been training at this gym for about four months now, and in that time the mirrors on the gym floor have consistently gotten dirtier. At this point, it’s very clear they haven’t been properly cleaned in a long time – there are visible streaks, handprints and general grime that just seem to build up week after week. Given that mirrors are a basic part of the workout experience (and frankly a basic hygiene issue), I’m surprised this hasn’t been addressed through regular cleaning. It doesn’t match the standard I’d expect from a professional gym.

Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The place is clean, the equipment’s solid, and the vibe is just right. The receptionists are super friendl — they always make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Makes working out here something to look forward to every time.

I’ve been training at Econofitness for the past 2 years, and it’s been a great experience overall. The gym is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the environment is friendly and motivating.The staff are helpful and respectful, and I really appreciate how the gym stays organized even during busy hours. It's one of the finest location . The gym is really spacious and they have pretty much all the decent equipments that you would need for a great workout . The customer advisor lily is the most kind and hospitable host . She's very knowledgeable and highly proactive professional.

I can tell you the truth, manager he is rude and very impolite, when members need the support, he answered with bad attitude. Then he said the conversation is over, move … get out,,, omg! We pay for training, not free! I think this manager need to retraining how to do his job!
