Since the new owners took over, this gym has completely transformed. You can truly feel how much they care — not just about the equipment, but about the people who train here. The machines are new, high quality, and very well maintained, and the space is always clean and welcoming. What really stands out is the professionalism and attention from the owners and staff. They are present, approachable, and genuinely invested in creating a positive environment. It doesn’t feel like just another gym. It feels like a community and a place where everyone is respected and supported. The atmosphere is motivating, friendly, and comfortable, which makes it easy to stay consistent. It honestly feels like home, and I always enjoy coming here to train. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym with great energy and people who truly care.

This gym is amazing. The new owners and management truly care about this place. This gym has been around for ages and is a real institution in Ville Saint-Laurent. It’s finally getting the love it deserves. You feel welcome the moment you walk in and everyone is friendly and supportive. As someone who used to feel extremely insecure in gyms, I was welcomed with open arms. No judgment at all. The culture is incredible. You have all kinds of people training here from everyday people to serious bodybuilders (who, by the way, are some of the friendliest and most helpful people in the gym). Everyone is positive, respectful, and willing to help. The place keeps getting better and better with new machines and constant improvements. The owners put a lot of effort into making this gym the best version of itself. I absolutely love it here. Highly recommend!

I just joined the gym recently and i love it. The owners are great people. You can see that they are passionate about the. The machines are great. I mean who has BOLT machines and Megamass machines in MTL... nobody!! and apparently more is coming ... if you take lifting seriously PF is certainly the place to be

Honestly blown away by the changes at POWERFLEX. The new ownership clearly cares — the place finally feels alive again. The machines are all updated (some of them I haven’t seen anywhere else in the city) and the renovations make the whole gym feel brighter and way more inviting. Been coming here for years and this is the best it’s ever been.

I switched over a month ago and I’m super impressed. Everything from the layout to the equipment has been redone and it shows. The new owners are present, friendly, and actually listen when members suggest stuff. The gym feels clean, modern, and serious without being intimidating. Loving it so far.

I’ve been a member of this gym for a long time, and I’m disappointed with the recent changes under the new ownership. The membership price was increased significantly (almost the cost of a full annual plan in only four months !!) without much consideration for long-time members. It also feels like honest feedback isn’t being heard, especially from people who have supported the gym for years. Additionally, there seems to be a wave of new positive reviews from people close to the new owners, which makes it harder for potential clients to get a genuine picture of the gym’s current situation. I hope the management will take members concerns seriously and work on improving communication, pricing transparency, and overall member experience.

The gym is getting beautiful. Lots of changes from the new owners in 3 months. Was originally thinking of leaving, but now with the new machines and the brand new washrooms, definitely staying. Great Job!
