This is a stunningly beautiful gym at the top floor of a mall with glass walls on many sides and a lot of the ceiling! There are plenty of machines for cardio - I have never seen all of one type being used at once. There is also quite a few types - treadmills, stationary bikes, stair climbers, the one where we move both hands and feet - don't know the name - and more. I love their huge space with mats. It is for stretching, calisthenics etc. I have been avoiding doing planks but now I feel motivated to do them. There is a great free weights section with multiple benches. Finally, they have an extensive and I mean extensive variety of machines for various muscle groups. I have been to many gyms in my life but I hadn't seen the machine for rows to exercise the back - not the same as a rowing machine. They have at least 2 types of machines for chest press (!), same for triceps (!), all the usual suspects for legs, shoulders, back and god knows what else! Only downside is that the free call they set me up with. It was just a sales call with no answers for my questions. The guy also said that my body far percentage is 32 which visually doesn't add up, if I may say so. However, all the employees are in shape and seem to be knowledgeable about the machines. Honestly, I don't know why the rating is so poor, it is way better than other nautilus locations. Reading the other comments, I guess it might be a pain to cancel? Hopefully, I won't have to do it in a long while. Keep being awesome you guys !

scammers, lack of transperancy and awful customer service by management. They don't contact you when a payment doesn go through instead they send directly to debt collectors and continue on charging your account for months ongoing and even refusing you to access the gym over a unpaid 1 time payment you had no idea about, either you cancel my whole membership or let me use the gym, you cant freeze my access to the gym while still charging me every two weeks, and managemnet in the front will give you attitude instead of trying to descalete situation DO NOT recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and proper communication at this institute. On the first day of registration, they did not inform us about crucial details regarding freezing the “boomerang.” Now, I went to request a freeze for 2 weeks and was shocked to learn that: 1. You must provide proof to freeze it. 2. The minimum freeze period is 3 weeks, not 2. These critical conditions were never mentioned upfront—they only inform you after they have trapped you into registering. The cancellation policy is even worse. If you decide to cancel after approximately 30 days of registration, you are forced to pay the remaining months all at once. There is absolutely no flexibility, transferring or way to reverse your registration. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and misled. Be 💯% sure before registering, because once you do, there’s no undoing it. I don’t recommend the”Boomerang”, unless you are definitely sure you’ll attend !

The kinesiologist Dominique was rude, extremely pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable by pressuring me to sign up for her services. New members WATCH OUT, she offers a free body composition test and then tries very hard to make you sign up for her paid services.

I left a review about the management’s attitude at this gym, and they deleted it. It’s obvious they care more about hiding their behaviour than actually improving like they claim in their responses. At this point, I’m not even disappointed anymore.

Disrespectful and arrogant staff, particularly David Vaillancourt (the assistant manager I believe). I saw him treating clients in a rude manner by talking loudly at the front desk and forcing and even pushing clients to move over when they use machines.

It has been over a year since I stopped going to this gym. I paid an entire year gym membership even though I wasn't going because the gym is dirty, equipment is old and the vibes are off honestly. I just got a notification A YEAR LATER that I still owe them money. I do not have receipts from back then and now I have to pay this debt blindly without any trace of it. Horrible experience, there are way better gyms in Montreal.

**Extremely disappointed with the treatment at this gym.** As a paying member on the Boomerang plan, I was recently made to feel *watched, profiled, and disrespected* by the management. Despite dressing low-key for personal safety reasons, I was told staff were specifically instructed to monitor how long I was in the gym — clearly targeted and uncomfortable. The **profiling and discriminatory tone** set by the manger Ricardo Giandomenico and his management team from this Nautilus Plus (Montreal Trust location) is unacceptable. No one should be judged based on how they dress or who they are. This place fosters a culture of suspicion rather than support — and sadly, **the other negative reviews are right** about this location. I have been involved in the gym industry for over 30 years and have never left such a review, but after observing many concerning issues, I felt the Montreal community should be made aware. Do yourself a favor: **go to Anytime Fitness just 2 minutes away**. They offer **comparable rates, 24-hour access**, and most importantly, a truly **welcoming, inclusive environment** — just look at their social media posts. You’ll see the difference instantly.
