After a month working with Stephan I can confidently say that he’s a great coach. He quickly assessed my level and has been consistently able to push me without incurring any injury. I look forward to continuing training with him as I trust in his ability and motivation.
Joined the gym 3 weeks and my only regret was to not join earlier. All group sessions are very well-structured, guided by experienced coaches. Stephane takes time to evaluate your goals, your strength and weakness; he will motivate you in every single session, and adjust the tempo when necessary. It's a great place to relief, to learn, and to improve.
Stephane is hands down the best trainer in Montreal. He takes the time to understand your goals, develops a comprehensive plan, to include nutrition, lifestyle habits, and most importantly, holds you accountable to yourself. His workouts will have you dripping in sweat and showing some serious improvements in just a few weeks. The training sessions are intense but fun, and he’s always careful to respect your injuries and stresses. I have used many trainers over the years, most good, but I never met my goals until Stephane. Highly recommended!!!
Stephane is a great person and a great trainer, he is helping me to achieve my goals and I am sure I will reach them soon. I already have more endurance than before and I feel great. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train, he is very motivating and encouraging. If motivation, flexibility and good body and living is your goal, then Stephane is the man for you.
The studio is a nice and comfortable place, and Stephane is everything you could ask for as a trainer. He’s a good person with awesome energy, and will teach you to push yourself physically and mentally while listening to your bodies limits. Truly inspiring. Thank you Stephane!
I participated in a group class and it was awesome. Stephane know's what he's doing and knows how to adjust the tempo if the workout is too intense. As he says ''As long as you don't give up'' which motivated me to push harder. I look forward to continue my workouts with Le Ring. Great energy altogether.
When I first signed up to join Le Ring for boxing classes, I did it to keep myself healthy and active. Stéphane not only keeps the training diversified and challenging, he pushes you to be mentally strong as well. I truly enjoy coming to class every week and it keeps me accountable :) Highly recommend if you want to challenge yourself!
Outstanding coach and motivator. We were up to 30 people every saturday morning last summer for the weekly HIIT !!!
