Great boutique gym with an awesome vibe — it feels like a big, stylish loft filled with quality gym equipment. I know the owner, George, and he’s an amazing guy, always friendly and welcoming. Really happy he convinced me to drop by and try it out. Easy place to feel comfortable training. Highly recommend if you’re in the Plateau.

One of the best I've ever been to. Super clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, the staff is very friendly, and the owner is always there and attentive. Super safe, they're very serious, kind, respectful, and have a family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend them.

Really cool gym! They have many classes and I tried Spin and Yoga so far and loved it. The staff is really nice.

Love this gym! The staff is always incredibly sweet. I worked with one of their personal trainers for a year, and he helped me so much. Always respectful—just like the rest of the team. It really feels like a big family!

This is my favourite gym ever! I love the atmosphere here and everyone seems lovely and treats you with respect. The nice thing is, I don’t hear much swearing because I have been sworn at in other gyms. There’s lots of space and natural light plus loads of equipment. You won’t be disappointed.

The gym has a very good amount of space for cardio, weights and machines. That being said, it’s not very clean compared to the gyms I’m used to. The staff aren’t particularly welcoming (saying hi when you come in, for example) but they are pleasant enough when you ask them a question. Unfortunately, I really didn’t like the spin classes which was one of my reasons for signing up. The equipment is old, the room is cramped, the ceiling is too low to comfortably do some weight moves and the instructor I had was not very engaging. I could have lived with all of these things, but for me the deciding factor in canceling membership was the lack of sauna & steam room. In fairness, I did know that they didn’t have one for men when signing up (which is kind of sexist honestly since to my knowledge women pay the same price for membership) but I didn’t realize what an important part of my gym experience it had become after having it at my last two gyms in the other cities I lived in. If you’re just looking for a no frills neighbourhood gym and don’t care about these things I would still recommend it. I think it’s a good value for the price, but I would just rather pay a bit more for more, if that makes sense.
