I’ve been training and going to Pilates Reformer Class of Teacher Calista for a year now. My whole life and body have changed. She is the only English teacher of the studio I believe. She remembers everyonés names and their level. Her lesson is super well thought, intense but super rewarding, and nice. I’m so sad that she didn’t teach the Sunday morning class anymore. She changed my weekend, formed my body and created my new healthy habits. I hope ythe studio read my message and bring her back for Sunday class for Studio Jean Talon. Please please please

I'm a regular of Reformer classes at Jean Talon Studio. They are very good to strengthen the full body - legs, core and upper body. The classes are limited in number of participants, so instructors can pay attention to all students and give good guidance.
Essentrics class with Armelle was amazing workout... you would never think that this little movement is that powerful. Merci Armelle for the great class :-)
Je fais du Pilates depuis plusieurs années et depuis maintenant 3 ans je fréquente le Studio Équilibre. Je peux vous affirmer que tous les profs que j’ai eus au sein de cette équipe sont d’un grand professionnalisme. Une mention toute spéciale pour Geneviève et Patricia !!
J’ai adoré ma séance avec Maïra! Elle est incroyablement professionnelle, patiente et très attentive aux besoins de chacun. Ses explications sont claires, ses corrections précises, et elle crée une ambiance motivante et apaisante à la fois.
Le studio Jean talon est très bien ! Les salles sont très belles. Jaime la variété de cours et la qualité d’enseignement qui se donnent. Cependant la salle de reformers est assez petite et les machines sont proches les unes des autres donc c’est parfois inconvenient quand on est dans l’espace de notre voisin.
Le meilleur studio de Pilates à Montréal! Les professeurs sont compétents , très attentionnés et ils sont d’excellents pédagogues. Ils s’adaptent à votre niveau et vous proposent toujours des exercices qui correspondent à votre état de santé. Cela fait 7 ans que je suis inscrite au studio Équilibre: jamais déçue , toujours satisfaite!
