Energie Cardio - Boucherville-Longueuil (Pour Elle)

when I wanted to cancel my subscription, one of the employees was asking for my last name and said: “allez doucement je connais pas vos noms la a vous” because I have a non-white last name. If you can’t be inclusive to all, I am NOT paying 40$ per month for a gym that doesn’t respect poc.

I injured my back since last september. I kept paying for the past 6months. now I request to extended my membership, they asked me to get medical prove which will cost me 250 dollars . what a service? they do have record for customer , because we have to scan the card to go in. I do not feel fair , if they have record shows customer never went in but keep paying, they should extended instead of a prove .so do you think I am lying? as long as we are paying then you should extended with your record. this is take advantage from customer. anyways, I will never go that gym and all energy cardio. lot better gyms anyways

Gym is extremely clean, it’s hard to believe it wasn’t opened in the last year since the premises look pretty new. Also because it’s only for women it’s never too crowded and the staff is very friendly.

Great customer care and plans. Also upscale and beautiful place. Also has nursery.
