Man oh man! On these long hard days of nothing but work, sweat and dirt, is it ever nice that I am never far away from one of these gyms. I work all over this city, grinding everyday and to have a shower that's not even 15 minutes away from the job site is the greatest thing. Econo you got something good here and you should be praised on the daily. God bless your souls, you're really making a difference in my small life. Anyways! TO THE SHOWER REVIEW!!! As I've been on this quest to enlighten my fellow city folk and out of towners, visitors et al, let me tell you! This is the biggest shower room I have ever seen, these should be installed everywhere. When.its ready to change your clothes you can step so far away from the shower that NO WATER follows you. It's truly incredible. I got in and I was like, WHAT! NO FREAKING WAY, and the continued to spin around in absolute delight. Temperature is good, pressure is fantastic. I highly recommend coming here for a nice private shower with ample amounts of space. Cool cool 😎 Keep getting fit everyone and keep slaying. -shower guy

I love this gym because it’s 24/7. It’s a bit crowded late afternoon. Early evening but in the morning or after 10pm it gets less crowded. Staff is really friendly and people here make friends with each other and motivate one another.

It looks nice and this pandemic situation good have such gym, also it’s clean , sanitized , feel safe with appointments. But the people who works there seems not so friendly with everyone and last week something happened with me but I do not want to bring that here. This review is not to hurt them but they have to understand from our point of you. ✊🏽

(Dear Éconofitness franchise) 😡This place some employees are not nice atall😡 as they need in their job. mostly Night Shift people. which is very bad. they behave like they own this place. If we don’t go to this gym ,we can go another gym.(the owner of this place and the employees) let me remind you to all. you guys get paid from our monthly payment. if we don’t continue , you guys is gonna be on financial problem. So be nice and respectful with all those people,Who have owned the membership card.

Very disappointed with Éconofitness Saint-Michel. Around 6AM, homeless people sleep on the hydro massage beds, and even the security guard is sleeping instead of monitoring. Completely unacceptable for a paying gym.

November 8 4:30 AM After I finish my workout, I wanted to take a Hydro massage, But I couldn’t because the gym employee was sleeping on the massage bed. And I come back after 30 minutes And he was still sleeping and I asked him if you can move, He said he work here. He can do whatever he want and he was very aggressive. no one should come in this gym😡

I go at night and there's almost nobody! 👌 Only problem is the music is too loud and it takes a long time before a machine is repaired. 👁️👄👁️ Big shout to the creative staff for the epic drawings on the boards. 🔥😎🔥

Great gym and staff, well maintained and clean. I forgot to renew my subscription in time and lost my 10 year Rate Freeze benefits, but the manager contacted customer service and gave me back my old advantages. I strongly recommend this Econofitness.
