Buzzfit - Chateauguay

hi i’ve been coming to buzz fit châteauguay for over 3 years now and i always have a great experience to start off with the staff is super welcoming and always have smiles on their faces , the manager is excellent with the clients and her team , the team works 24/7 i always see someone cleaning or walking around making sure everything is in order . i just get annoyed sometimes to see how other clients treat the staff because some people don’t understand that when a machine is broken or something else that it isn’t the staffs fault , it’s not them who breaks the machines it’s due to other clients being careless because they don’t have respect. another example the sauna in the men’s bathroom was broken due to a client pouring water and oils over the rocks , so it is not the employees fault people need to learn how to take actions to their consequences , overall it is a very clean and safe environment i love coming here and it is definitely the best gym in chateauguay . very affordable and well maintained. i wouldn’t pick any other gym over buzz fit , thank you to the staff and management for always providing the best service.

So i previously wrotte a review on the condition of the gym cleanliness that had chnaged in the last 2 months. Right away buzz fit replied. The next day the manager Tamara contacted me to fallow up and explain their current situation with construction happening next to the gym and also highlighted other issues that she will resolve in due time. Very satisfied witht he way they handled the situation. This is great service in these times where service is becoming more questionable.

Hi , I've been coming in with my husband for over 4 years to this gym it s always been a safe place for me to train clean very friendly staff. Today a men was swinging weights around the gym not first time he does that it was dangerous for the clients around him and my self since i was right next to him .The manager approached him and spoke to him then went on with her stuff . His wife which now i believe is the latest review maggy potvin was in the bathroom harassing me about the situation . Please if you are gonna write a review explain the full situation and stop making up stories as it fit your needs . I really hope she banned you from the gym . Please to the entire team of buzz fit you are doing a good job as always .

I like the gym, but I really hope there's plans to expand it soon, especially given the mall its connected to is a ghost town anyways. Feels like almost every time I go it's overcrowded. A lot of that is due to groups of friends going and sitting on their phones instead of working out, but every other gym I've been to was a smooth experience moving from machine to machine, whereas here it always feels like you're waiting forever for something to free up.

Buzzfit Chateauguay is much cleaner than other’s I have visited. Every time i visit i see someone cleaning, replacing disinfectant wipes, and making sure things are where they’re meant to be. Their red light therapy & massage beds are always spotless. Staff is super friendly, welcoming and happy to help. I’m excited to see more trainers available at this location soon!

I’ve been going to the gym for 4 months and I have nothing but great experiences. I’ve always been welcomed with respect and kindness. Sav and Bella has always been there to keep me motivated to do well and keep working hard.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Best gym experience here. Music is sooo good and uplifting.Have the best time when I come

Can yall make away for the people's in ♿️ it's hard as it is for us I wanna go workout now but that slush snow I'm asking plz checking that can we as disabled people's feel like we part of society we also pay the cost it's real issue it take 10 minutes to clean and clear the way have a nice day
