Used to be good before but the quality has fallen alot. Most members don’t respect gym etiquette (training in pyjamas, crocs, socks, jeans), don’t rerack weights and the employees don’t enforce their rules. Literally watching a group of teenagers play tug of war as i’m typing this. Cheap price attracts cheap people..

very bad management and bad employees. i tried to cancel my membership last summer which was clearly cleared and approved at the counter. after they kept taking money from my credit account. i when there to solve the issue instead it never got solved they tried to make me pay more to cancel which clearly i did not and will not the women behind the counter threatened that this would affect my credit score. im very frustrated of this gym and i suggest everyone watch out when you try to cancel your membership and to top it off the gym has a poor cleaning management it is disgusting and unpleasant how could people pay for this establishment never again.

Appalling customer service Buzzfit Terrebonne. My 17-year-old son, registered in Repentigny years ago, was refused entry this morning by receptionist Wendy at the Terrebonne site of this Gym, who refused to provide him accès until the his legal guardian was there in person to sign a liability waiver, I asked her, as his mother, to to do it either by email or phone. She said absolutely No. It's unacceptable that she then claimed there was no communication between the Repentigny and Terrebonne franchises. My son has had his waiver at Repentigny Buzzfit for years! She wouldn’t even listened. At this time, 2026, how those businesses need people to go in person. This way businesses lose customers!

This people are ridiculous. Like really. How can you tell to a client to pay half of what she wasn’t paying for 2 years. After she canceled 2 years ago. And then they been lying in our face and sign us things that aren’t true. Who runs this place and hires those people?😂

Bad service, bad customer service. Don’t go there. Watch out if you want to canceled cuz they been lying. They will still charge you after a cancellation

Great price/quality ratio. Very clean, well equipped, recent gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Open 24/7, lots of parking and easy to access by commute since it's very close to Terrebonne bus terminus. They have a pricing that allows to bring a guess for free, unlimited use. Very cool for people who train in groups.
