Excellent installations: although centered around rope climbing (top, lead and even autobelays), it also has two bouldering walls and moon boards. There’s some gear, guidebooks and gym merchandise for purchase. The staff is also great.
Great place to climb. We went during the day middle of the week so it wasn't busy. The cost without the belay tests was $45 for one person for one day. So not super cheap for just a few hours. If you want to belay someone, you have to take their mini class and do the rest and that cost some extra money.. I think $60 with belay test. But they have free shoes and harnesses to use so that's really convenient. If you don't take the belay test then you can not belay but they have 10 routes that you can climb with auto belay and they have the bouldering blocks but these can be hard for beginners.
This place is amazing and really accessible. I'm 47 and had never climbed. I did an intro week that was very affordable and included the gear. Then I immediately did the class which was clear and very well paced with great examples and practice. If you are afraid because you are nrw at this you'll be guided the whole way and everybody is very helpful. I now have bought ally gear from them and a monthly membership and go twice a week
We were invited by our friends who has an annual pass here and we had so much fun. Staffs were welcoming, friendly and patient. The place could benefit from some… deodorizing 😅 Other than that, great place to challenge yourself physically 💪🏻 They also have shower rooms and they even provide moisturizing cream for post-climb :)
Great spot for rock climbing! Fun and healthy activity to do on a group. Plenty of different options of difficulty levels for different skill levels. Price was around 45$ per person and you can climb as long as you want. Also has lots of options for bouldering too.
Excellent climbing gym. Route setting is creative. Routes are appropriately rated and clearly marked. I went there for bouldering with two friends and had a great time. The crowd is friendly which gives a positive atmosphere to the place.
One day walking down the canal we saw someone climbing up the Silo and were immediately intrigued. Finally came with a work friend during lunch and now I've got a membership. So far we've only gone for bouldering, but there's a lot of good variety ! They change the courses every few weeks and there's two indoor areas and an outdoor one. As a short beginner there's a lot that are out of my literal reach, but I think I'm getting better and it's a fun challenge. It's pretty empty during the weekday lunch hour as you can imagine, but pretty busy after work. Will be going for the belay course soon.
We took the 3 hour course for top rope with Max, she did an amazing job at teaching us everything from tying ropes, belaying etc. Can’t wait to get accredited and start climbing! Thanks Max 😊
