Great gym, nice vibes, brand new and high-quality machines, variety even on the grips, always clean 👌... always attended by the propriétaires... no doubts this is the best gym on East Island!

I'm an international student looking for a gym in the area. After some research, I found a very good review on Google, so I went to visit it and loved it. At reception, I was very warmly and patiently greeted, even though I don't speak the language very well. I felt at home. This kind of welcome also speaks volumes about the gym and its staff. Thank you so much for everything, and now I'm already registered with you.

I was econofitness member for 2 years ,finally I sign up to Action Gym cause is closer to my house,and what a difference,you don't see bunch of teenagers occupying machines while texting on the phone! This gym even has policy against it.The staff is always nice and helpful, people who work out there are serious bunch ,yes it is more expensive than other gyms ,but it is 100% worth it and because of higher price this eliminates the not serious crowd. Thank you all!

Some equipment is not being fixed for several months..

This gym looks like it was designed by people who actually lift. Lots of squat racks, good selection of free weights and tons of bumper plates. They also have smith machines that move up/down/forward/backward which I've haven't seen anywhere else. Most of the equipment is brand new. It does get crowded sometimes but it's still quite manageable. Their clientele is a good mix of hardcore gym bros, newbies and everything in the middle. People are generally friendly and respectful. I'm glad to have a quality gym like this one close to home.

It's the best gym that I've tried so far, the owner and the community there makes you feel like home. It's a clean space that offers you free access to the gym accessories (lifting belt, barbell pads...) & also, there's a variety of choices of machines. You will meet all kind of lifters there (all ages) & they are all friendly!
