I have been here for 3 months! Get’s my vote for the city’s best personal training studio. Every workout is challenging fun and motivating. Very much enjoying the training from each of the staff. Situated in the plateau, definitely worth trying!

I did a class here 2 years ago and then used the facility to train my own clients, and some existing clients of the business. Derek, the owner, is such a genuine, fair, and honest person. The gym is clean, bright, and has all of the equipment you would ever need for strength training and rehabilitation. The gym is in an accessible building with lift access to the upper floors. The clients, and trainers have great attitudes, an epic sense of humour and camaraderie. Easily the BEST gym I've worked at in my career.

After starting out with a few private training sessions I found the atmosphere in the gym very friendly. The staff are enthusiastic. Group classes have created a wicked community and I’m so glad to be apart of it. The owner Derek is always happy to chat and has had a positive influence on everyone in the gym.

An amazing team and atmosphere. I've been training here for 12 years (which explains why I'm in way better shape now than in my 30s). A happy little oasis in the middle of the city, the fact that they've kept the same great staff and clients for years speaks volumes. Highly recommend!! 💪🌟

I went to my first class with Dibs recently and I had such a great time. Each exercise dibs taught us was as fun as it was challenging and adaptable to my skill / fitness level. Despite being someone who loves cardio but is not so fond of strength training, I can say for certain that I will be going back for more of these classes in the future!

I really love the cross trainings Derrick and Ramzi are offering here, I’ve been coming for a month now and I haven’t missed one because it’s just perfect. I really recommend the group tranings on Tuesdays and Thursday, people are super friendly and you really feel the improvement quickly !

Fantastic facility and staff. An illness last year destroyed my balance and stability and left me feeling out of shape. I've now been working with the X-Fit team for 6 months and couldn't be happier. I've lost weight. Gained muscle. My balance and stability are back. But more important: my mental health is better. I hadn't realized the toll the pandemic took on me but I now feel like myself again. Highly, highly recommend X-Fit.
