extremely disappointed! management is terrible. DO NOT take the athletics membership, they charge you and arm and a leg, you do not have access to go in unless someone scans you in ( which they NEVER seem to find keys). Equipment is ALWAYS missing and gone. always issues with the air in that room, freezing in winter and you're dying in summer. Courses are less and less available with ridiculous hours. So If you're an early bird, save your money and don't bother. My class was canceled today because my coach had to go to a high school to teach a class and no replacement. I pay 100$ a month for no replacement??? Also... TERRIBLE customer service. My gym membership was due for renewal Oct 22. Oct 6th i renewed my card, but found out 1 week later i was getting operated. I requested to have my RENEWAL canceled and not my current membership and not only did it take them 2 weeks to get back to me, they did not want to cancel my membership offering me an extension if i provided my medical note only. Yet, on the contract it says i have 30 days to cancel anytime... the coaches are the only good thing about this place. however, you only have access to a coach if you pay private sessions or have athletics card.

Can you please fix the water issue on the roof? It has been ongoing for over a year now.

I rarely leave bad reviews but unfortunately I have to leave one star to this gym. I signed up at this gym for the sauna ans the jacuzzi. The sauna is always packed with men and women piled up in a small room. The place is so small. It is always crowded. I went there many times and wasn't able to find a place to sit. I went to the front desk and talked about it. No one cares. There must be one sauna for women and one sauna for women in two separated rooms to give the chance for everyone to enjoy the sauna. I ended up driving to the Laval gym because the sauna is always less crowded and l love the fact that it is separated for men and women. I am not sure why people are not complaining about that. It's always full and people are always complaining in there. The last time I went there , people were jammed like a sardine box. I had to wait onside to get my turn. Sorry, I cannot give rosemère gym more than a star because the sauna management is 0. There must be one separated for men and one for women only, like many other gyms!

I had a wonderful experience with coach Lila, very professional and caring. Always want to make sure that each person has the right technique and positioning when doing the workout weather a big or small groups. I highly recommend Lila she’s the best.

This is a great gym. It is very big with many machines and has FANTASTIC hours. It's open virtually 24/7, so for the low membership cost, you definitely get your money's worth. Its members train regularly, so you see the same dedicated gym goers on a regular basis, making it much more motivating to show up often to train.

I wish I had listened! I saw reviews on Reddit about how this gym takes advantage of people, but I still made the mistake of joining. After just 50 days, I had to cancel and they charged me $200 to get out. Total rip-off. Plus, the gym is always way too busy – you can never find a free spot on the machines. They don’t care about members, only about money. Big regret joining here.

I’ve been training here for a while now, and I can confidently say I’d recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and never feels overcrowded. The staff is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is super motivating. Whether you’re just starting out or already experienced, this gym has everything you need. Definitely worth checking out!
