I have attended quite a few classes here and I by far prefer vibe Cycle to the other spin places on the south shore. The bikes are upkept, the gym is clean and it is well located. I have had the pleasure of taking classes with Ann-Sophie, Louis Dominique and Nina who have stood out as energetic, passionate and high energy coaches who push you pass your limits and want the best for their students. No judgements, they meet you where you are. The parking is free and the front desk person will give you a validation ticket as you leave.

I recently attended a spinning class with Maya at Vibecycle, and it was incredible! The music was great, the energy was uplifting, and Maya is such a charismatic and motivating instructor. The studio is amazing: free parking, easy to access, and everything is high quality. From the comfortable shoes to the well-maintained bikes, every detail is thoughtfully designed. The space is well-organized, and there’s plenty of room to enjoy your workout. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommend Vibecycle to anyone looking for an energetic and positive spinning experience!

Since I joined the Vibecycle community I have grown tremendously in the past few months. I started with completing 20km in spinning Power classe and by only a few months I have grown to reach 27km in 45min. In HIIT classes I started running in the normal pace and doing sledge push was challenging, but now I can complete 777miles in under 10 minutes without feeling tired. Me and my friends are calling this place a second home! The implemented workout programs help you reach objectives! Special shout-out to Head coaches Stefanie and Matthew! You guys are awesome! The Vibecycle community is not only about inclusion and diversity, but it’s the most stimulating workout studio to push your limits and grow bigger and greater! 💖🙌 P.S. Plus the amenities and services are impeccable!

I’d give more than 5 stars for the customer service here if I could! Right from the start, I was warmly greeted by the staff. Trainer Kamille stood out for her exceptional assistance, providing clear instructions on using the spin bike and shoe clips. She was incredibly motivating throughout the course, catering to all skill levels with ease. The counter staff were all smiles and incredibly accommodating, making my first visit seamless. The changing rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent, private showers. The amenities are exactly what you’d hope for. Can’t wait to try out the HIIT classes. As a first time “Spinner”, they’re doing an amazing job at making me feel welcome and supported. They’ve definitely won a loyal customer in me! 5* all the way!!!

Unwelcome energy from the receptionist. She tried to make me pay for another class without asking me or explaining me anything about it. Unpleasant experience overall. I feel like I want ever go back.

After 25 classes, I can confidently say that this is the BEST gym facility I’ve ever been at! The coaches are amazing and everyone is super supportive. Highly recommend!

Vibecycle is an amazing gym with a modern environment and top-notch equipment. The coaches are highly professional—some of the best in the field—and the staff is always polite and welcoming. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible sense of community. From the members to the coaches, staff, and even the owners, everyone supports each other in their journey to a happier and healthier life. Have had an awful experience working with Vibe to receive an order of shoes and clips that I placed on their site. Paid for expedited shipping (1-2 days), reached out after waiting about a week but not receiving a shipping confirmation - I received no response to any email I sent, no phone call was answered and the voicemail that I did leave was not returned. I managed to finally get one response from them in an Instagram message that stated that it generally takes them 2-3 weeks to ship items purchased from their site. When you make a purchase however, that information IS NOT mentioned. I waited the extra time, finally received a shipping confirmation on September 4th, after placing my order on August 18th. So I had a bit of hope that these would arrive soon. It is now September 17th and the package has still not been put in the mail, only had a shipping label created... Its not been 4 1/2 weeks. I sent an additional follow up message on Instagram 6 days ago, has not been acknowledged or responded to, even though the page has been very active during that time. Sent an additional one today. Seems like they were very happy to take my payment, but are not keen on following through with any sort of service or product. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience.
