I was looking for a new and better gym, and I spontaneously came to check this location out. Audrey was more than happy to give me a tour of Nautilus and took their time to break down how each membership worked— I was sold! Audrey was very friendly and created a welcoming vibe which helped solidify my decision to sign up. If you’re looking for a gym with plenty of machines, racks, cardio equipment and offers group classes, this is the place to be!

The front desk attendant was supper friendly and made my first visit much more personable. We spoke prices and programs he didn’t pressure me to get anything I didn’t need. I genuinely felt he was trying to get the best deal that was right for me. It speaks to the atmosphere, good vibe, somewhere you want to be. pretty sure his name was Kyle, I signed up for the most drop in visits they had on offer right away. Thanks

The staff is great and knowledgeable. The place is not too pack compared to other gyms. They have all you would expect to get at a gym and then more.

I came to this place today with my son because my son is very interested in training now. Friends of mine have been coming to this nautilus PLUS in Chateauguay ! Since before it was a restaurant, I have been there before I had a membership for one month and my friends reached out to me and told me that the gym has changed. There’s some new equipment come give it a try ! Nautilus plus Has been around for over 30 years. so the night before I called the girl explained to me on the phone for just one day pass. It’s $20 each and that’s all you need to do so we went there. We were intrigued to try out the gym and this is all new experience for my son, we met with Eric Tanguay ( manager) we asked him for a day pass to try it out. He gave us forms for us to fill out and asked us for ID, which he will hold until we are finished. We would get it back. We were a bit confused as we never had to fill out forms for a day pass at other gyms, we had asked him about why we had to fill out forms. We didn’t want to sign up. We just we wanted to try out the gym before signing up then he proceeds to tell us that is the policy for if you don’t like it, you can leave the question asked why can’t we just leave our drivers license , as we were taking out our IDs to proceed to fill out the forms then he took the forms away from us and tells us to leave never had that experience in my life and all we wanted to do was have a day together at the gym..?

The best gym in town. Great selection of equipment for strength training. Two leg press machines, for example, and lots of free weights and olympic bars. Friendly staff and great member prices.

Great gym with amazing staff. The gym is one of the best around. It’s clean and they take great care to keep the machines clean and in great condition. You will find everything you need from weights to free weights to cardio equipment. They have a great selection of modern equipment and really keep up with what’s “in.” ***Amazingly LGBTQ+ friendly. I would also add that as a masculine woman this was one of the few places that I felt comfortable and safe in the change room.

When we showed up nobody was at the front desk, so my friend and I, who were first time customers were completely lost. We had to fend for ourselves and I definitely would choose another gym. Not worth how much you have to pay. It was a very stressful atmosphere... Not the vibe
