Fit For Life is the best ! i have never been happier with great gym service and a wonderful and healthy environment, wonderful staff, very friendly. I highly recommended :)

I loooove this GYM very friendly and well equipped. They take care of their customers with a very good customer service and good prices.I lost more than 150 pounds there and there was always someone encouraging me I think thats what really made me love this place. :) I encourage anybody to become a Fit for life member.

This gym was recommended to me when I moved here by a good friend. It only took a short time for me love it. I've been a member now for 2+years and not leaving! One of the things I enjoy most is the comfortable, chill atmosphere of the women's section it's like a dream come true to find at a gym. It offer some of the latest equipment, great music, cool staff, fun fitness classes and it's always super clean. At the front desk you will meet some of the most polite and helpful guys and amounts the fitness trainers you will find one of the best. The greatest part...it's open 24/7!! can't say enough good thing about this gym but I will leave with this .....Fit For Life is MLT's best gym!!! I highly recommend!!

I have been a member at this gym for a few years now, and although I have tried some others as well in the past, I stick to this one because their customer service is great, they always improve their machines and amenities and the section for women is fantastic. The quantity of machines is really good and I never find myself waiting for one, which I can't say for the other gyms I have been at in the past. I see some people complain about cologne smells, but that has nothing to do with the gym itself, I've been to others where women abused perfumes in the bathrooms as well, that's personal and you can't control that. Overall, it's a great fitness centre and for the price of the membership you really are getting the best deal out there. Keep up the good work guys and your food is really tasty as well, the shepherds pie is sometimes my weeknight meal :)

I have been training at this gym for a number of years and could not imagine going anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and they treat me like family. The atmosphere is very positive and relaxed, people are approachable if you need to be spotted. The place is massive, there's plenty of equipment, cardio machines and free weights to go around. It's open 24 hours which is amazing because my work hours are irregular. They have a health bar that serves complete home style meals. I am extremely satisfied and I highly recommend it.

There is no better gym than Fit For Life! The staff is amazing (always welcoming you with a big smile and best advice) and the gym itself is great. I work out in the women's gym and it is a mini heaven - always clean, bright, and well equipped - all this at a price that can't be beat. I've been a customer for a long time and will continue being one. Thanks Fit for Life/Fit for Femme - you guys are #1!

At time of writing, my first year at FFL is costing me around $12/month. Although decidedly a budget gym at this price point, you are getting a very good experience insofar as the gym's equipment and classes are concerned. There are a good variety of each, and if any equipment is in need of service you need only mention it to staff and they will look into it. I spoke to the owner once, and they really do seem to care about giving their clients a good experience. The staff is also very friendly and, when signing up, were not at all pushy about trying to sign you up for additional services like personal training. This was refreshing, as several other gyms I've gone to in previous years really tried to push additional products on you at sign-up. Outside of peak hours the gym is also not too busy, so if you like doing early morning or later evening workouts you will have your choice of machines, weights, etc. Also a very convenient location two minutes walk from De Castelnau metro. The only time you might ever remember that this is a budget gym is in the locker room. The lockers are a bit on the older side and there are only about six showers. Bring your own soap/shampoo and unless it is very busy, you shouldn't have to wait. At present there also isn't a towel service -- either included or as an upgrade -- although I've been told that this might come back once their renovations are complete. Still, at $12/month it is very easy to ignore these inconveniences. All in all I'm very happy with FFL.

I love this gym. It's not the best looking place but it's clean, very cheap and I love that there is a ladies only floor. The staff and trainers are all super nice as well. My only issue with it is that it can be jammed packed if the only time you can go is after work.
