Econofitness - Dorval

A good econofitess versus some other that I have been, going regularly here and the staff is friendly. People in the gym are nice and if you want to join in on someone in between sets they don't seem bothered by it. Overall the gym is clean and the machine are plentiful just a little to much space for the cardio machine but overall great gym and experience. Edit : The machine would still need to be updated especially with the number of people that go here. Always a good amount of people.

I've been coming for some months and I absolutely love this gym the staff it's so kind , they always cleaning, the equipment it's ranged out and the bathrooms are stunning, specifically Fabrizio M which is ranging stuff and taking care of the gym even out of his shift while hes traning . Update: It has been approximately two weeks, and there has been no improvement or repair. Furthermore, two other gym equipment pieces are defective and unusable. Econofitness has not addressed customer concerns and seems solely focused on increasing monthly subscriptions. Nobody is satisfied with the service and customer care. I've noticed several defective devices at the gym, and it's disappointing that they haven't been attended to. It would greatly improve the gym experience if Éconofitness could prioritize repairing these devices instead of raising the monthly fees. I value being a customer, and I believe better maintenance would show respect for the clients.

Econo out in Dorval on 950 Chem Herron One of econs bigger shower rooms, these room have lots of space to move in and out, keeping water from dripping over to where you want to change to a minimum The water pressure is great and the temp is great, I would recommend if you want a lovely and refreshing shower. JUST HORRIBLE! The incompetence is beyond comprehension! They somehow created a second account for my wife using the same email, and as a result, her card has been charged twice every month. We’ve gone in two separate times, and the staff had no idea how to fix it. There’s no customer service number anywhere, and the manager is only available 10–5 pm, which makes it nearly impossible to reach anyone who can actually help. For a simple billing issue to drag on this long is unacceptable. We’ve contacted corporate using their website but NO REPLY.

This place is freaking weird. No one is here after 7 PM, no bathrooms, no water. Guys, I told you—never come here…

It was a great and amazing first time Registration session with Cristian he was so welcoming and nice he took his time to explain all details and he was so patient and answered to all our questions I can't wait to start this my new journey

I am very disappointed with the econofitness in Dorval. The only positive aspect is that the staff are wonderful other than that it is always a frustrating experience with the old broken machines. This is the only option in Dorval for this type of fitness facility therefore econofirness you could do better and take care of this small gym. There are already limited machines, and the fact that there is only one machine for the popular ones makes wait time longer. Then on top of that it takes weeks and months for repairs. We pay our monthly membership fees on time therefore econo should be on top of the repairs and if necessary just get a new machine because some are always breaking because they are old..the abduction leg machine has been broken since July it has been two months and it is still not fixed. I feel bad to complain to the workers and manager as it is not their fault but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!. I am pretty patient and have been to many econos but now it has been two years at Dorval and it is only getting worse.. You can do better than this- bring in new machines or have them repaired within a week. Show a little respect to Your members. Exercise is suppose to release stress but econofitness Dorval leaves you feeling annoyed , frustrated and disrespected.
