Buzzfit Montréal-Nord

I signed up for a contract of 1 year, 26 payments, but even after the contract was over and I made all my payments the gym continued to take biweekly payments, even though I wasn't even going. I had been a member of 2 other nearby gyms and after the contract ended at those gyms, they stopped charging my credit card. But to my surprise, after months that my contract ended, Buzzfit kept charging my my credit, including charging me the annual fee again. And there is no way to cancel online, so unless you go in person to cancel, they will keep charging your credit card indefinitely. I switched to Econofitness. They are more honest about this. Once your contract is over they stop charging your credit card unless you decide to renew. Also, at this Buzzfit they keep the music way too loud. I used sometimes leave with a headache, but mostly it made the experience unpleasant.

Hello, well here I am looking to make a review and after seeing all the bad reviews, I see that nothing has changed. Weights still unorganized,equipment missing or damaged. The mornings are pretty good, but between 4 and 7, the workout is horrible. You have to look around to find your weights or dumbbells. The staff is pretty friendly and nice, but management needs to do something about this! This is the worst Buzzfit I’ve been to. Hopefully the owner does something about this

I was member in Jan 2020 there was a trainer name Allison very good and professional I don’t know if she still work here if yes I love to come back at this gym

Horrible music very loud all the time 😓

So I went to sign up for the gym, and this lady febia refused to sign me up because i mentioned that she should have told me whole amount ,at once,just when I brought out my card to pay, she became rude and asked why am I complaining , that am a bad client , I should just shut up, and that I need jesus and that how old am i , that she will not register me I will have to wait for the next worker, but she registered another customer that came after me, I said to her if u knew jesus u won't behave the way that u have done today ,this is so unprofessional

Any real weightlifting will result in an employee attempting to injure you by kicking the bar out of your hands. No deadlifting allowed at this "gym" (read: library)

Both water fountains have been out of order for quite a while now and I find this very unprofessional and very cheap on behalf of the owners. It's a gym...water fountains are an essential!!!!

Overall atmosphere is generally nice however … place is filthy… the tanning machines and sauna are absolutely disgusting nasty dirty sometimes. I bring my own hospital grade disinfectant and use it before I touch any machines
