Great gym, all the equipment needed, staff very friendly. 4 cable stations, lot of free weights (dumbbells and plates), 2 racks of barbells, ropes and calisthenics cage, and the complete range of machines, & cardios. I go on evening, night and morning and I never saw people waiting for a machine. (Enough equipment for all the flow of customers, I don't know during rush hour). Very clean and well maintained. Not the most modern gym but really great! The maintenance team does a great job and customers also respect the minimal rules of cleanliness of their equipment. Rarely witnessed disrespectful members. Only a few douche at rush hour, but very few compared to most gyms. No snobs like World Gym Acadie (was extremely disappointed by the rude, disrespectful and snob staff there..). I appreciate how there's a place for everyone and any type of people, age, physical shape, races, sexes, and all diversity, and how everyone is respectful. The gym is also completely wheelchair (even powered) ♿️ accessible. No automatic door opener button but easy to enter. Gate at the entrance with lock, that they quickly come to unlock to let wheelchair users in. Shower, changing cabin, toilet stall, sinks, hands paper are all accessible. *The stall door has no handle to close it, and no safety bars to transfer on the toilet. There's 2 disabled reserved parking spaces for that part of the building. 💪🏽 We are a dozen disabled people customers, with every type of disability (cognitive, physical..) and using every type of mobility aids (from cane to walker to power wheelchair). The other customers (at least those present evening, night and morning) are very respectful and helpful if help is needed but without being overwhelming. The staff too! *To answer some comments, I did cancel my subscription for health issues for a while and they did stop the next payment immediately, never had to argue or insist, pretty simple and fair process. Check the terms on their website but it went exactly as they describe. *It's true that the wifi doesn't work. At least, not with the password of their ad on the wall, it seems to be a different one, so maybe they just didn't update it (but the network always shows active), I didn't ask the staff because I didn't really need it..

Worst gym experience imaginable - Avoid at all costs I feel compelled to write this review to warn others. This is, without exaggeration, the most poorly managed and neglected gym I have ever encountered. Facility & Cleanliness: The equipment is a museum of broken dreams.Half the machines are out of order, with "temporary" repair notes that have been there for months. The ones that work are often filthy, with ripped upholstery and a lingering layer of grime and sweat. The locker rooms are a health hazard, with clogged drains and a persistent, foul odor. Don't expect a functioning shower—it's either scalding hot or ice cold. Management & Billing Practices: BEWARE This is the most critical warning.The management is not just incompetent; they are predatory. They have a systematic problem of overcharging members' credit cards, charging more than the agreed-upon membership fees. When confronted, they are dismissive. Even more alarming, I discovered they store members' credit card information in unsecured Excel files. This is a gross negligence of data privacy and a clear violation of Quebec's Law 25 (and similar laws elsewhere) designed to protect personal information. They are playing fast and loose with your most sensitive financial data. You are at a genuine risk of both fraudulent charges and identity theft. Staff & Safety: The staff seems untrained and uninterested.There is no supervision on the floor, leading to dangerous and improper use of equipment. The environment feels unsafe both physically and financially. Final Verdict: This establishment shows a complete disregard for its members'safety, financial security, and basic customer experience. It is not a gym; it's a liability. Save your money and your personal data—go anywhere else.

Hello,I would like to report an ongoing issue with incorrect charges on members'credit cards. Your team frequently withdraws amounts higher than the usual fees. In addition, it is very concerning that credit card information is being stored in Excel files. This practice is prohibited, especially under Quebec's Law 25 designed to protect personal information. I request an immediate refund for those affected and that these practices be corrected.

I love this gym been coming here for years the only problem I have is now with the winter we have to bring bags and jackets but most of the women’s lockers are broken. Need to be repaired.

Good low-cost gym. If you need to hit a workout and you don't mind asking people how many sets left they have or whether they can share them with you the machine then you won't have any problems at all. It's 24/7 and that's amazing, come whenever you can and train. I've been there for a year now and I can tell that the equipment is getting repaired, they only lack new lockers but the old do the job. The staff is fine, the trainers are good and the people who train are friendly.

i am unsatisfied with front desk girl who come morning 6:00 am .. she always in angry mood never response to Hello bonjour .. if something ask her dont give good response.. i think she always fight in house when come for work then after all anger throwout at work in gym

I’m really disappointed with one of the front desk associates, Cassandra. I’ve interacted with her a few times now, and each time she’s been rude and unprofessional—not just to me, but also to a few friends I referred here. She speaks as if she’s doing us a favor and doesn’t show basic respect or courtesy. It’s honestly surprising, considering how customer-focused the rest of the team is. That said, I’ve been a member at this gym for almost 2 years, and overall I love the place. Great equipment, clean environment, affordable membership plans, and excellent service from most of the staff. I’ve referred 5 people here and will continue to recommend it—just hoping the management takes feedback seriously and ensures every member is treated with respect.

Please anyone who reads this listen carefully never go to this gym does workers are so rude and disrespectful and i am talking to the back lady thar works around 4h or 5pm today always on the phone and acts like ur a child i am here paying for this to go to the gym not getting disrespected by a worker and i saw her disrespect many people pls everyone do not go to this gym to waste ur money until they change there workers and also the girl thinks she owns the place too wow worst gym
